What we aim for
We aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That includes readable text and color contrast, clear headings, labelled form fields, a "skip to main content" link, a visible outline showing where you are when you move through the page with a keyboard, and respect for your device's reduced-motion setting.
We can't promise that every part of the site meets these guidelines at all times. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we keep checking and improving the site as it changes.

Some parts of the site, such as the chat assistant and the video player, are provided by other services. We work with our providers to keep them accessible, but if one of them gets in your way, please contact us and we'll help you another way.
