If I could give this team 10 stars, I would. I’m only limited by Google’s 5-star system. I’ve done a lot of home upgrades and repairs over the years, and I’ve never had an experience like this. Four Seasons by New England Sunrooms has been an absolute pleasure to work with for the repair of our original sunroom. The office team is amazing with communication and logistics. The install team was on time, kept an amazingly clean and organized work site in a very tight garden space, and were exceedingly polite and efficient. We can’t believe how great the sunroom came out, with new high-quality glass and expert installation. Attention was paid to every detail. This is a trustworthy team. New England Sunrooms and Conservatories just built us an amazing screened-in porch adjacent to our deck and connected to our family room, which we are loving. The crew was diligent and highly skilled, and Mason, the project manager, kept in good communication with us throughout the process. From day one until the last day, the process was seamless. Amazing how fast they assembled a very high-quality four-season sunroom. They were not disruptive to our lives at all. I have done over 50 projects in the last 25 years, and NE Sunrooms is top notch. I am in the commercial building automation business, and coordination of a project this magnitude can be tricky. The office, the crew, the owner, Peter, and Mason have been fantastic. Eddie, the lead on the project, is one of the best around, in my humble opinion. I’ve never experienced a more beautiful Christmas morning. I woke up to our Christmas tree and snowy nature surrounding the whole room. It felt unreal for a second; I was left in awe. This is the most movie-like Christmas ever!
