Your privacy, in plain English
This page explains what information this website collects, what we do with it, who helps us run the site, and the choices you have. The short version: we use what you send us to help with your project, and we don't sell it.

Who we are
This is the website of Four Seasons by New England Sunrooms, a design-build sunroom company serving Eastern Massachusetts. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Four Seasons by New England Sunrooms. "You" means anyone who visits this site or contacts us through it.
The short version
- We collect what you choose to send us, so we can answer you and plan your project.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
- This site doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers, and it doesn't set cookies to follow you.
- You can ask to see your information, correct it, or have it deleted.
What we collect
When you fill out a form. Our consultation and service request forms ask for:
- your name, phone number and town, and, if you choose, your email address;
- what kind of project or problem you have, and any message you write;
- for a service request, the property address and, if you choose, up to six photos of your sunroom and house.
When you chat with our website assistant. The chat bubble on this site is an AI assistant, not a person. We receive the messages you type and its replies, and we keep a copy of the conversation so our team can follow up. If you give it your name, phone number or email, we receive those too. Please don't type sensitive personal information into the chat.
When you call us. If we can't answer, your call may be picked up by our virtual phone assistant. It tells you at the start of the call that it is a virtual assistant and that the call is being recorded. We keep the recording, a written transcript and the details you give, so our team can call you back.
Information from your device. We keep this to a minimum. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or similar tools. Like any website, the service that hosts it keeps basic technical logs (such as your IP address and the pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and any videos play from Cloudflare's video service, so those services see a basic request from your browser when a page loads. Because this site doesn't track you across other websites, it doesn't respond differently to “Do Not Track” signals.
How we use it
- To call or email you back about your project or service request.
- To prepare for a consultation or service visit — for example, by looking at the photos you send.
- To keep one record of our conversations with you, whether you used a form, the chat or the phone.
- To run, protect and improve this website and our business.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Giving us your phone number so we can call you back does not sign you up for marketing texts. We only send marketing messages when we have the consent the law requires, and you can opt out at any time.
Who helps us run this site
We use a small number of service providers. They handle your information only to provide their service to us, not for their own marketing:
- Our web partner, Azuvyn, which builds and runs this website, the chat assistant, the phone assistant, and the customer records where your requests are kept.
- The technology providers behind those tools — website hosting, a secure database, photo storage, email delivery, telephone and call-recording service, and the AI services that transcribe calls, voice the phone assistant, and write the chat and phone assistants' replies.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to work with you and run our business, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
How we protect it
The site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to your information is limited to the people and services that need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email [email protected] or call (508) 653-2700. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, to protect your information.
Children
This site is for adults planning a home project. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Other websites
This site links to other sites, such as our social media pages. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top.
